Returns
Due to the nature of food products, we accept returns only in the following cases:
- Product is damaged or defective
- Wrong product has been delivered
- Package is tampered or opened at the time of delivery
Conditions:
- The issue must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery
- Product should be unused and in original packaging
- Proper unboxing video or images may be required as proof
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Products returned without valid reason
- Requests made after the allowed time frame
Refunds
Once your return request is approved:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit
Replacement Policy
In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
Shipping Charges
- If the issue is from our side (damaged/wrong product), we bear the shipping cost
- For other cases, shipping charges may apply
